From day one, you’ll play a crucial role, collaborating closely with your colleagues and receiving guidance from seasoned professionals to ensure your success.
You will be resposible for the following task & responsibilities:
- Managing all incoming orders with precision and care.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships in your designated region.
- Preparing shipments efficiently using Boxwise.
- Handling customer inquiries and complaints through Freshdesk.
- Offering technical support to customers.
- Logging quality assurance data using Salesforce.
- Actively participating in quality improvement meetings.

You recognize yourself in the following profile:
- An MBO diploma or equivalent experience.
- Experience in customer service or internal sales.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with AFAS is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities, with a knack for multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A problem-solver who can identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Fluency in German & English both written and spoken. (Dutch is a nice to have)
