We’re looking for a tech-savvy problem solver to join our world-class IT team ! As our new Help Desk & PC Analyst EAME , you’ll be the frontline hero keeping our teams running smoothly — no matter where they are in the world.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Solving hardware and software mysteries (desktops, laptops, mobile devices & more)
- Providing top-notch support across phone, email, and in-person
- Installing, configuring, and upgrading systems for our global staff
- Collaborating with senior IT experts on complex challenges
- Keeping clear documentation to keep everything running like clockwork
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years in IT support (Help Desk/PC/Network environment)
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Windows, M365, Intune, AutoPilot — cloud experience (AWS/GCP) is a bonus!
- PowerAutomate/PowerBI experience? Even better.
- A passion for helping people and solving problems across cultures and time zones
