Functieomschrijving

As an Order Desk Assistant, In this role, you will anticipate and meet customer needs by providing the highest level of service to all dealers from initial contact to delivery. You will process and support orders and inquiries coming in through all channels (email, phone and portals) within set expectations.

What you’ll do:

  • Accurately enter orders into the system received via phone, email, or portals.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries regarding invoices, products, pricing, availability, shipping, and more, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Inquiries may come in through phone, email, or a ticket system.
  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls with dealers, always aiming to create a positive experience.
  • Anticipate dealer needs and provide them with the best possible delivery estimates using available tools.
  • Address and resolve order-related complaints through the ticket system, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team lead when necessary.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and customer service techniques by participating in training sessions and team meetings.

Functie-eisen

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in German.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch or Englisch language is an advantage.
  • Familiar with customer service in general.
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced experience of MS excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to identify problems, visualize and implement best solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Full-time job, 40 hours per week.
  • 26 vacation days + 1 ADV day.
  • Hybrid work: 60% in the office, 40% from home.
