Functieomschrijving
As a Technical Customer Assistant, you willanticipate and meet customer needs by providing the highest levelof service to all dealers from initial contact to delivery. Youwill make sure that our dealers and end users receive assistancewith technical issues, by phone or through the ticketingsystem.
You will be responsiblefor:
- Being the first point ofcontact for our dealers and end users on the phone dyring your helpdesk duties
- Handling tickets from dealers andend users by using the policies and procedures for technicalsupport
- Identigfying and reporting qualityproblems that you encounter in your contact withusers.
- Staying up to date on the mostrecent product klowlegde.
Functie-eisen
- Effective written and verbal communication skills inGerman.
- Knowledgeof the Dutch or English language is an advantage.
- Affinity with customer service in general.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellentcommunications skills.
- Ability to identifyproblems, visualize and implement best solutions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dataentry.
- You don’t need any experience orknowledge of technical products, but you are open tolearn.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- A salary between 2.500 and 3.000 bruto amonth based on your experience and level.
- Full-time job, 40 hours per week.
- 26vacation days + 1 ADV day.
- Hybrid work: 60% inthe office, 40% from home.
