  • MBO+/HBO diploma or obtained by working experience.
  • Familiar with customer service and inside sales in general.
  • Previous experience with an ERP System (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Proficiency in MS Office with advanced experience of MS excel, Outlook andPowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong organizational and team skills with ability to meet changing priorities in a fastpaced environment, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify problems, visualize and implement best solutions
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English (and/or Dutch or German)
