Job Purpose

As an RMA Service Operator, you'll support the complete return and repair process for technology products. You'll work closely with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure products are processed, repaired, and returned efficiently while supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

Process RMA and repair requests from start to finish.

Verify warranty status and obtain vendor approvals.

Coordinate repairs and communicate quotes to customers.

Track RMA cases and maintain accurate records.

Provide updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship products.

Support warehouse and logistics activities as required.

What We're Looking For

Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Comfortable working with computer systems and administrative tasks.

A proactive team player with a hands-on mentality.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Experience in RMA, service operations, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus.

Reach truck certificate is an advantage but not required.
